  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies
  • Champion development programs and performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Resolve employee issues with empathy
  • Enhance and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Advanced degrees or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) desirable
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems
