Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives
Lead talent acquisition strategies
Champion development programs and performance management systems
Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Advanced degrees or HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) desirable
Proficiency with HR software and systems
