Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager expert, you will ensure all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. Ultimately, you will help Message Broadcast continue to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels while optimizing our customer experience.  You will work with a marketing team, as well as executive leadership, sales, client success and our technical teams. 

 

What you will do: 

  • You will turn creative ideas into effective marketing projects. 

  • You have strong experience with creating content and copy, sometimes technical. 

  • You also have mobile communications/messaging background, ideally in the Utility industry. 

  • You have developed and executed marketing strategies, including branding and marketing collateral. 

  • You have hands-on experience with product and partnership marketing management. 

  • You have a strong background in sales enablement. 

  • You are comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics to demonstrate effective ROI for our customers. 

  • You have expertise in developing and managing events. 

  • Have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and engaging communication. 

  • Possesses demonstratable experience in marketing, together with the potential and attitude required to learn. 

  • Comfortable collaborating with senior-level stakeholders to deliver results-driven initiatives. 

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and analytics. 

LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT 

  • Managing lead gen campaigns by planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing marketing campaigns  

  • Measuring campaign effectiveness using advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign  

  • Improving campaigns using data to improve future campaigns 

  • Managing and supporting content creation, content curation, copywriting, market research, and partner marketing. 

  • Event and webinar planning and coordination 

  • Social media and paid media strategies including PPC, SEO, and SEM  

  • Crafting ideal customer journeys for target markets by creating engaging touchpoints with relatable content and designs upheld to the brand guidelines. 

  • Creating compelling technical copy and content for lead generation and nurture campaigns. 

  • Using marketing automation tools for personalization and support account-based marketing. 

  • Measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance to gain insights, benchmark against goals, and influence future marketing direction and initiatives. 

 

SALES ENABLEMENT 

  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.  

  • Enabling executives and sales associates with proposals, sales presentations, and demonstrations. 

  • Strategizing and providing positioning statements for key targets and audiences. 

  • Working within a team and with other departments to develop and enhance strategies and build effective sales enablement programs. 

  • Taking an active role at onsite tradeshows and conferences to assist prospects and customers when needed. 

 

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT 

  • Participating in industry events, conferences, seminars, webinars, and supporting the teams with the associated collateral. 

  • Collaborate with product and success teams to develop case studies 

  • Building strategic relationships with existing partners, key industry players, agencies, vendors, and current clients. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications  

What you have - Required Skills:  

  • 5 years+ experience and a BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and/or applicable work experience. 

  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or other marketing automation platform). 

  • Successful experience with SaaS marketing in the B2B space selling to the enterprise space. 

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences while creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate across multiple channels. 

  • Experience executing marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products. 

  • Solid knowledge of marketing data analytics. 

 

BONUS POINTS FOR: 

  • Pardot certification. 

  • Omni-channel communications, messaging platform, SaaS, or CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) expertise preferred. 

  • SaaS marketing expertise in the utility or energy vertical.
