Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, benefit administration, employee experience, performance, and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage successful delivery of Messari’s Analyst Program
• Evaluate KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and recommend strategies for enhancement
• Provide guidance on career paths, leveling, skill development, internal mobility, and professional growth within the Research organization

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
