The Meta AI Marketing team is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager that will lead new and existing digital strategies to bring awareness to all the contributions Meta is bringing towards the AI community. In this position, you will partner with internal teams and agency partners to develop organic and paid social digital strategies, amplify our content, lead community management and... evolve our social media strategy. We're looking for a strategic and creative individual who can balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term program activation. In this role, the ideal candidate will possess depth of experience and innate acumen for content planning and storytelling, with proven ability to build off of brand narratives and audience insights to inform persistent omni-channel content strategies. The ideal candidate can not only identify and leverage digital marketing and audience trends but also create them through groundbreaking digital marketing strategies. They will be fluent across channels such as owned/paid social, web and email marketing, their respective content format types and have proven experience in developing effective distribution strategies across these surfaces. Digital Marketing Manager - Meta AI Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize on social content for AI social channels (e.g. Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, Performance Marketing, Communication Planning). Pioneer and evolve our social strategy for how to engage followers across channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, Pinterest, Tumblr & Discord. Identify and implement social processes to drive efficiencies and best-in-class work Define and drive the editorial calendar to support/execute campaigns and evergreen content across key channels, ensuring our work adheres to brand guidelines and localization requirements. Lead/manage regional agency partners & in-house creative teams. Translate strategic recommendations into actionable ideas and easily usable frameworks and toolkits, with a sense of the organizational shifts required. Collaborate with digital marketing managers on the planning and management of cross channel editorial calendars. Partner with marketing sciences counterparts to analyze and report on the performance of owned social channels to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration. Minimum Qualifications 10
years of experience managing owned social channels within tech, digital assistant, gaming or entertainment industries. Experience influencing organizational change. Experience leading agency partners/in-house creative and inspiring them to make the best work for our social channels. Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space.
