Meta is seeking a motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented candidate to join our Law Enforcement Incident Response Team. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and exceptional partnering skills.Incident Response Team Analyst (Law Enforcement), NORAM Responsibilities:• Bring operational excellence to team that evaluates threat, risk and user privacy in world centered around time critical emergency escalations• Review and assess high volumes of inbound emergency escalations and make dynamic, fast paced decisions based on analysis of a variety of complex factors whilst adhering to applicable laws, terms of service and internal policies• Create and articulate responses to questions from law enforcement, government agencies, and internal teams regarding Incident Response policy and process• Work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements to policies and processes across teams• Availability to work weekends on a rotational basis or on a regular schedule of either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, as required• This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and words, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury and suicide content which may be considered offensive or disturbingMinimum Qualifications:• 2 years of relevant experience in investigative or analytical roles• Experience working independently requiring minimal direction.• Experience analyzing information to assess threat and risk and to make effective decisions independently using sound judgement and rationale• Experience making complex decisions independently and multi-tasking under pressure, responding quickly to changing situations in complex environments without compromising quality• Communication skills and experience adapting communication style to suit different stakeholders like cross-functional teams and law enforcement• Experience with social media, analytical tools and online researchPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in handling emergency response escalations• Experience with Crisis Management, Government Agencies or Law EnforcementAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
