Join our dynamic team as the UI/UX Design Team Leader, where you'll be at the forefront of innovation, driving our client's expansion to new heights. • *This isn't a individual contributor role that's hands-on. It's a people management position.** With customer satisfaction as our top priority, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of design processes while leading a talented team of creatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management, you'll play a pivotal role in setting new standards and refining our approach across various departments.Your Mission:• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX Designers, fostering their growth and expertise in our products.• Serve as a people manager to ensure high performance across the team.• Forge new policies and processes to streamline collaboration and efficiency across teams.• Partner closely with engineering and business units to align features and projects with customer needs.• Conduct impactful usability studies, facilitating internal sessions and customer feedback reviews.• Oversee the development and maintenance of essential design assets, ensuring excellence in wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.• Champion high-quality design solutions and gain stakeholder buy-in at all levels.• Drive the creation of storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts and project plans.Desired Skills and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.• Over a decade of design experience, with a preference for CPM/ERM or Finance industries.• At least two years in a leadership role within UI/UX Design teams.• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and managing designers effectively.• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.Perks:• 100% REMOTE work environment.• Strong preference for EST time zone, though flexibility for CST.• Opportunity for professional development and growth within a rapidly expanding company.• No travel required except for potential yearly summits or conferences.
