Junior Budget Analyst

Role Summary 

MetaPhase Consulting is currently supporting almost every division within CISA through planning, performance, budget and execution (PPBE process).

In support of this project, MPC is seeking a Budget Analyst with 2-5  years of experience and excellent interpersonal skills to provide.  

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the submittal of the Monthly Measurement Reporting Process.  
• Support of two measurement results, the first being the number of investments reviewed and the second is the accumulated funding for that month’s investments.  
• Support stakeholder reports and engagement 
• Support and collaborate with CISA CIO to review SOWs to determine if a procurement meets the requirements for investment.  The team has extended its expertise to include investment management since that is a focus area for CISA CIO. 
• Support examining SOOs and SOWs and makes recommendations for improvements and tracks wins  

What We Need From You (Required) 

• A minimum of 2 or more years of direct experience in budget execution, formulation, management, or PPBE 
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to create a path forward with minimal oversight 
• Prior federal budget experience  
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel or similar products  
• US citizen (No 1099)

Minimum associate degree in business administration or related field 

Clearance Level 

Ability to obtain Public Trust U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)

 Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is 80k-92k.
