Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop product technical specifications accordingly.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the sales process and answer any customer inquiries.
  • Familiar with data interface documents and regular databases, with previous experience in debugging and testing parameters.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics in a timely manner.
  • Flexible working hours support the needs of European and American customers to ensure the high-quality delivery of customer products.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related majors, with coding experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS demo/ sales engineering or or similar technical sales positions, preferably in the financial software industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in finance and the SaaS solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and demo tools.
