What You’ll Do
Own, lead and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing
Manage the candidate experience throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Advise on compensation strategies, building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets
Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
Mentor and develop others, while coaching through all stages of the hiring process such as hiring manager intake calibration, candidate qualification, debrief decisions, candidate offer generation, and closing.
Partner with leadership and the People team to build and operationalize processes involving referral programs, relocation, and immigration support.
Help build a welcoming employer brand, promoting our employer value proposition and growing brand awareness
Who You Are
8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in in the technology sector or a high growth environment
Outstanding interpersonal skills to provide clarity on recruiting vision, strategy, and status to key partners including Leadership Team
Experience using an ATS with sophisticated reporting capabilities (we use Ashby).
Creative ways to reach exceptional talent and developing talent pipeline strategy
Self-starter, great communication and interpersonal skills
