Your Job:
Supports the overall growth needs of the system. Responsible for providing visionary leadership and effective management of all joint ventures and strategic partnerships within our organization: driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding our network, and enhancing our market position within the healthcare industry; identifying, developing, and managing physician partnerships and collaborations to drive service line and system growth.
Your Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on service line development and growth.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning and execution for service lines within a large health system.
• Proven track record in business development, financial management, and physician engagement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and market trends.
