Position Title: Executive Assistant Location: San Diego Salary Range: $28.00 - 38.00
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations and will involve a variety of administrative and project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain and organize files and records.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Project Management: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely completion.
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate the needs of executives.
