Assistant Legal Counsel
Metropolitan Commercial Bank is looking for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join their Legal Department in New York. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team, providing legal and regulatory advice on various banking matters.
Skills
- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
- NY State Bar membership in good standing
- 2+ years of transactional experience in law firm or in-house legal department
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Responsibilities
