Leasing Consultant - Seattle
MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have dynamic sales and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.

Responsibilities
- Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner
- Qualifies applicants for apartments thoroughly
- Coordinates with maintenance staff for smooth move-ins
- Maintains up-to-date rental files and enters data accurately
- Prepares and oversees signing of leases
- Assists in monthly administrative tasks and ensures paperwork is complete
- Interacts with residents professionally to resolve issues and ensure timely rent payments
