Data Scientist of Commercial Analytics & Data Science

This hands-on individual contributor will develop and evolve AI/ML models, and their orchestrations. It resides in the MGM's Commercial Strategy & Consumer Engagement group, and reports to the Director of Data Science and Commercial Analytics. The role collaborates with the Commercial Strategy, Customer Engagement, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering teams. Perform hands-on tasks of a... seasoned SME of AI/ML model development and implementation. Make significant enhancement to the personalization and commercial strategies by adding Data Science and analytic models. Peer-reviews code, writes unit tests, and provides feedback on data pipeline and modeling approaches. Develops company A/B test framework, evaluates model quality, conducts test/learn experiments, tests hypotheses, and iteratively improves data science models to optimize corporate KPIs.
