PRIMARY PURPOSE:The Manager Social Media Business Intelligence & Technology is responsible for building data-driven solutions across the organization by constructing data models designed to provide executive leadership with cross-functional insights to drive improved strategies, tactics, and messaging. This role engineers and deploys proprietary data reporting infrastructures across an integrated landscape to enable the on-going optimization of digital marketing through performance analysis. PRINCIPAL DUTIES ANDResponsibilities:Oversee governance, password and privacy protection for multiple active social media handles across the enterprise. Manage and construct digital reporting strategy and continuous optimization and monitoring of industry benchmark KPIs. Leverage SaaS tools such as Sprinklr and TrackMaven to design, build, maintain, and enhance analytical reports utilizing data manipulation techniques to demonstrate KPIs. Provide analytical strategies to maximize KPI including adjusting content strategy through digital marketing campaigns. Build Boolean listening queries for data mining and sentiment analysis. Build and manage platform automation rules to provide structure of flow for all inbound and outbound messages. Provide real-time identification of potential business crisis and cyber security threats through web and application-based data listening and data threshold analysis is a critical responsibility. Partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders across multiple divisions and serve as the key point of connection with vendor-partners success teams. Perform other job-related duties as requested. SUPERVISION:N/A MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field; or equivalent experience. Three (3)years of internet marketing/analytics and distilling actionable insights with proven success (preferably within the travel industry). Professional experience working within social media ecosystems including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. PREFERRED:Previous experience managing and working in a social command center with one of the popular SaaS systems (Percolate, Sprinklr, Spreadfast, Salesforce, etc.). Previous experience leading a team. Previous experience working in a similar resort setting. Bi-lingual, Spanish preferred. Previous experience successfully managing medium-large projects involving participation and coordination of several resources and departments. CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage conflict in professional manner and provide solutions as a result. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask on different campaigns, projects and research. Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Expertise reviewing and providing formal recommendations to mid-upper management. Professional appearance and demeanor. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge and experience leveraging social media in support of larger integrated brand management campaigns within the Hospitality and/or Gaming industries.Salary Range:$80K -- $100KMinimum QualificationDigital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
