We are currently seeking self-motivated, results oriented DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST.

MAJOR
Responsibilities:
Work in close collaboration with Marketing Analytics Manager, VP of Marketing Operations and team to execute and distribute insights that help drive strategic decisions Be our Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager expert and the key resource for Digital Marketing reporting, analysis and specific recommendations to improve KPIs Own the measurement and insights for website optimization and A/B testing Determine the optimal tag or event tracking for KPI measurement Analyze digital campaign performance and provide insights for channel managers and senior leaders to support optimization Ask the right questions and use that information to determine the impact on shared KPIs Track and report on KPIs in support of department/company goals and objectives for existing digital and test initiatives; be able to tie online metrics back to company goals Lead the continued development of our marketing channel attribution analysis Run or automate weekly reports from key tools, including Google Analytics, Customer Data Platform, Microsoft Excel Keep pace with consumer, technology, and strategic changes RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Marketing Analytics Manager Supports Digital Marketing and Web Design Teams EDUCATION &
Experience:
Preferred Educational Level:
BA/BS or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field Minimum of 4 years' work experience as a Digital Analyst or equivalent position required Deep understanding of Digital Marketing metrics, campaigns and Google Analytics Expert knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas Minimum of 2 years work experience using website optimization, personalization and/or A/B testing platform tools Minimum of 2 years work experience with tag management software (Google Tag Manager) and journey/event tracking Minimum of 2 years work experience analyzing digital ad campaigns from Google, Facebook or similar Comfortability with standard web languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Preferred intermediate SQL querying ability and understanding of relational databases.
This creates a strong data foundation and provides ability to conduct deep-dives independently Experience with querying data from a database and turning into a report with insights that can be presented to leadership Comfortability with standard web languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, while still being able to articulate your thoughts in an easy-to-understand manner Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
Attention to detail, independent thinker, and ability to recognize patterns and anomalies in data Ability to shift from channel-specific to holistic thinking Good project management and organizational skills; ability to work within tight deadlines Report automation experience is a plus Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus Familiarity with marketing channel attribution principles, measurement and analysis is a plus To succeed one will need to be:
