They carry a high level of respect for global cultures and differences and are excited by team-building opportunitiesKey Responsibilities• Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Support:• Collaborate with and support ERG Program manager and ERG leaders to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.• Assist in organizing and executing DEI events and programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.• Program Development and Management:• Help coordinate and support programs and infrastructure to support DEI initiatives across the organization.• Manage action items and provide updates on project status and changes.• Research and Analytics:• Conduct research and provide analytics on benchmarking programs to measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership to highlight progress and areas for improvement.• Conferences and Events:• provide input and support on DEI conferences and events including planning and logistics and project management support• Develop strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates from underrepresented groups.• Communication and Advocacy:• Create and manage communication strategies to promote DEI initiatives internally and externally.• Serve as a DEI advocate, fostering an inclusive company culture and ensuring all team members feel valued and supported.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and experience• Experience in DEI roles, with a understanding of DEI principles and best practices.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.• Experience in program management and event coordination.• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
