Join us in impacting industries, improving lives, and delighting customers through innovative design solutions.Job Responsibilities• Collaborate with director-level designers to create official team communications.• Develop compelling stories for diverse audiences.• Design presentation templates for internal and external executive use.• Manage the online knowledge repository with updated materials.• Enhance the team brand across the company creatively.• Create and produce print media materials.• Seek feedback from peers and leads for continuous improvement.• Participate actively in creative discussions, brainstorms, and reviews.• Provide constructive feedback to enhance the creative process collaboratively.• Meet project deadlines consistently set by leads.• Demonstrate organization, self-motivation, and goal achievement.Requirements• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design using Adobe Photoshop/Suite.• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Design tools like Figma.• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Storytelling utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.• Previous experience in a visual communication role or related degree preferred.• Proficiency in Digital illustration, Graphic Design, Photoshop, Illustrator required.• Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills and an ability to adapt to a wide and diverse range of art styles• Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML, CSS or equivalent software.• Ability to manipulate various digital communication methods such as blogs, websites, share points.Additional Details• Location: Remote• Duration: 9 Months• Pay Range: $46 - 52.50 per hourAGS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
