Corporate Counsel - Industry Solutions

We at Microsoft are seeking a motivated, analytical, and experienced Corporate Counsel - Industry Solutions to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join a global team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to help drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on a... wide range of corporate transactions and activities, including strategic alliances, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other industry-specific transactions. They will also provide guidance on other legal and compliance matters, including employment matters, intellectual property, data privacy, and advertising.To be successful in this role, applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree and admission to at least one state bar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, industry-specific transactions, and/or compliance matters. A proven track record of advising on complex legal and industry matters, in addition to the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, are essential skills for this role.
