Group Assistant (Contract)Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.SummaryThe role of a Group Assistant involves providing comprehensive administrative support to a group, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, and organizing meetings and events. The role also encompasses overseeing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations. Special projects will be assigned as needed, along with managing procurement activities and maintaining vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.Job Responsibilities• Provide general administrative support for a group.• Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.• Process business expenses.• Coordinate meetings and events.• Oversee department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations.• Complete special projects as assigned.• Manage procurement of goods and services.• Provide general office support.Requirements• 3-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment• Effective communication and project management skills• Strong customer service skills• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.• Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.Additional Details• Location: Redmond, WA• Duration: 10 Months• Pay Range: $26.50 - 30 per hourAGS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (M/F/Disability/Veterans).
