The Dynamics 365 engineering team is growing the FastTrack program to keep up with the demand of our growing service. The program aims to support our customers in their implementation journey moving to Dynamics 365 cloud and we will help drive delivery of the full value of their investment. Our focus is to help our customers achieve the business goals and end-user adoption that they envisioned during purchase.We are looking for a Principal Program Manager - Customer Experience to join our team. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.Responsibilities• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to understand and document use cases for a scenario. • Analyze solution architecture and design documents for product, application, service, or platform. • Leverage subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans and work items. • Drive efforts to ensure the correct processes are followed to achieve a high degree of security, privacy, safety, and accessibility. • Proactively seek new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and solution patterns.• Embody our Culture & ValuesQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development• OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with multi-platform cloud technologies, such as Azure, with knowledge Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions. Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
