Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Manager II, you will:• Be a part of the Data science and AI team in Microsoft Fabric where you will be personally involved in leading, and defining requirements and features that enable our customers.• You will work closely with peers across teams to help build easy to use experiences to empower our users to be successful building ML and AI solutions.• A Product Manager II is accountable for capturing customer pain points, problem statements, business requirements, prioritizing the requirements, ensuring the solutions are delivered as per requirements, and aligned to the technology roadmaps, which support the business roadmaps and future customer scenarios.• A Product Manager II will need to quickly establish the trust and confidence of our customers by developing/demonstrating:• Addressing the customer pain points and leveraging the opportunities to improve systems and processes.• Data-driven decisions through measuring and capturing business impact and deliver the right outcomes to the business.• Work across multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries.Embody our culture and valuesQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development• OR equivalent experience.• 1+ years of Data Science and AI experiences development.• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role of any capacity.Other Requirements• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development• OR equivalent experience.• Ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes from Microsoft and industry.• The ability for problem-solving, technical innovation, and attention to detail.Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
