The Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) team is looking for a high-performing and action-oriented Program Manager interested in applying their skills in operations and their expertise in AI and machine learning (ML) technology to help us achieve our business objectives. This is a hands-on technical program management role that spans design, build, and operation, with a focus on solving problems and removing technical blockers or adoption challenges in AI.You will effectively partner with teams within WWIC as well as our trusted partners (Corporate, External & Legal Affairs (CELA), Human Resources (HR), etc....) with a focus on solving business problems using AI/ML, which may involve reusing existing models, refining/customizing models, or building new models. The successful candidate is an individual contributor who excels at influencing without authority, dealing with ambiguity, and operating at upper levels. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyondResponsibilitiesAs a Program Manager with a focus on integration on AI technologies into existing WWIC systems, you will focus on large-scale, generative AI models with an understanding of language and code to enable new reasoning and comprehension capabilities for building cutting-edge applications. You will leverage these coding and language models to address diverse use cases, including enhancing writing assistance and enabling data-driven decision-making.• Partners with Engineering Teams to design roadmap(s) for complex solution area(s) and develop technical solutions. Understands and incorporates technical and business needs to the development of roadmap for solution area(s). Defines the features and functionality of increasingly complex, high-impact solution areas for internal Microsoft products and tools, and/or configures the design features of an increasingly complex, high-impact solution.• Understands and prioritizes complex problems and solution areas. Identifies transformational opportunities, privacy, compliance, or employment experiences that will support achievement of business goals. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and customers to validate priorities and participates in prioritization decision-making to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Incoming data validation, quality checks, and processing with tooling.• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to the full development life cycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, testing, and implementation.• Transform data into innovative features/signals that can improve machine-learning tasks.• Leverages credibility and expertise to act as the executive-level product/technical advocate and evangelist, providing global thought leadership and driving impact across solution areas and/or countries.• Adds value by designing, driving and measuring the success of specific programs of significant strategy and operational impact, designed to change sales and operational behavior. Is an effective advocate for change. Clearly communicates the business rationale for change and gains the support of employees and key stakeholders.• Embody our Culture & ValuesQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement• OR equivalent experience.• 3+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or product development.• 1+ years experience developing or integrating AI or machine learning (ML) solutions.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications• Experience with D365 + PowerPlatform and Customer Engagement will be a plus.Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
