This role will lead the resolution of field revenue issues for Modern Work, Security, Surface, and Business Applications. You will also be responsible for leading key projects to identify process/tool gaps and challenges and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive improvements in those areas.This role challenges you to strategize and innovate. You will be the Subject Matter Expert in the Commercial Solution Areas mentioned above. The Field and BSO Teams will rely on your guidance and support to ensure the right revenue lands in the right account at the right time. Responsibilities• Lead revenue issue resolution for Modern Work, Security, Surface, and Business Application products• Lead issue resolution around Tenants and Usage metrics• Lead proactive revenue sweeps to identify and correct mis-landed revenue• Innovate new ways, including leveraging AI, to diagnosing and resolving new/emerging revenue issues• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful close of fiscal quarters and years• Partner with Worldwide Incentive Compensation to ensure fair Seller payout caused by revenue related issues• Lead Quarterly Impact analysis to highlight key wins by the Revenue Excellence team• Other• Embody our Culture and ValuesQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Accounting or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance or a related field• OR equivalent experience.• 5+ years of experience in ANY combination of the following: sales operations, process improvement and/or revenue analysis from pre sales to post sales.• 5+ years of advanced experience in Excel and Data Analytics Services• 5+ years of experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders with different priorities with proven ability to bring forward a solution to drive impactAdditional/Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with seller pain points, seller terms, pipeline, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (MSX D365 preferred), and high-level understanding of the sales process.• Passion for thinking ahead, being innovative, and continuous learning about Microsoft product• Desire to partner with stakeholders across the company to learn how others work and how the work in Americas BSO can evolve to support• Prior experiences with AI and ML a plusSales Operations IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
