About the Role

Coda is hiring our first Mid Market Sales Manager to join our team. You will lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives selling into companies with 1-200 employees.

• You will coach your team, plus hire additional reps to align with our headcount goals.
• You will work with partners from marketing to product and senior leadership.
• You will build a sales culture centered around putting the customer first.

In this role you will:

• We are looking for builders. You lead with empathy, and have a knowledge of improving sales cycles and prospecting, likely from experience as an individual contributor.
• You will also have operational excellence and a process-driven approach that is scalable for high-growth.

You may be a great fit for this role if:

• You have 2+ years in a Mid Market leadership role at a high-growth SaaS organization
• Experience in 100%+ quota achievement as a manager and individual contributor
• You are genuinely curious about how businesses operate and enjoy solving complex challenges with technology
• You have high-velocity experience as we're looking to grow our revenue within this segment
• You enjoy mentoring individuals, inspiring them to make a difference every day
