Position Purpose: The Program Director is a subject matter expert who leads the online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. The Program Director is the “face” of the program within the institution, with prospective and current students, and in relevant professional and academic communities.
Core Responsibilities:
Position Prerequisites:
● Master’s degree in organizational leadership, organizational studies, human resources management, or related field required; doctorate preferred
● Minimum five years’ experience teaching in a graduate or professional development context
● Familiarity with licensing and certification requirements for the field
● Knowledge of best practices in online teaching and learning, including assessment of learning and/or competency-based education
● Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills, including ability to work cooperatively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
● Willingness and ability to adapt to changing technologies and systems
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Willingness and ability to comply with Institute policies, procedures, and mandate
