MIDFLORIDA is looking for a 1st Mortgage Processor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, experience with loan underwriting, and knowledge of mortgage regulations.

Generating first mortgage real estate loans
Reviewing pre-qualifications and determining appropriate programs for members
Processing referrals and online applications
Issuing prequalification letters and disclosure documents
Auditing files for compliance with guidelines
Providing disclosures to borrowers
Problem-solving and research
Providing technical solutions to support electronic services
Meeting productivity, quality, and sales goals
Communicating professionally with all departments
Exhibiting integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism

Education
