The OpportunityMidi Health is looking for an experienced Senior Lifecycle Marketer with a passion for creating and executing campaigns that drive engagement and retention throughout the entire customer journey. You will have a unique opportunity to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that foster strong relationships with our patients, enhance their experiences, and increase long-term retention and loyalty. Your role will involve analyzing customer data, segmenting audiences, and crafting personalized campaigns that resonate with our diverse customer base. Additionally, you will partner with product and engineering teams to launch new program features as a means of driving incremental engagement and retention.If you have a proven track record of driving marketing strategy and execution to a large number of users, care about understanding and delivering value to consumers, and are passionate about helping people move beyond pain, we’d love to meet you.Location: Home office, 1x a week in person in Palo Alto.What You’ll Do• Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive member engagement and retention.• Take full ownership of patient and non-patient comms, spanning from early life cycle to late life cycle.• Develop messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the Midi Health value prop and differentiators to target audiences .• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and investment decisions into actionable marketing plans.• Analyze marketing performance metrics, ensuring continued success to marketing goals.• Leverage expertise of the performance marketing teams to identify testing opportunities, optimize marketing communications, and to incorporate findings into future communications.• Develop marketing strategies with product leaders that align and provide value to company objectives.• Leverage and conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and develop knowledge of audience needs and wants.Who You Are• 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience and/or email marketing experience• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing.• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.• Demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects independently.• Strong grasp and comfort in executing in one of the following ESPs: Active Campaign, Iterable, BrazeYou may also have: SMS marketing, HTML skills, Twillio experienceWho Is MidiMidi Health is the only comprehensive virtual care clinic for women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges.
