At a minimum, it sounds like hard work. And for most platforms, it is.At Mighty Networks, we’ve perfecting the operational aspects of moving someone’s courses, memberships, and payments to Mighty. For our top plans, we take care of everything. For our other plans, we are in the process of making it radically easier than it is anywhere else.But how do we share with the people who will benefit the most from Mighty’s unique ‘people magic’ how easy it is? And how different it is from their experience on other platforms?The Marketing Director, Community Migration will answer these challenges. Think about it as product marketing, but your product is a migration to Mighty Networks.Key Responsibilities• Attract new creators, entrepreneurs, and brands intimidated by moving to Mighty Networks, but who will massively benefit from people magic.• Establish a dedicated sales and marketing effort around migration. Think social, education, live training, content marketing, and probably even a ‘migration HQ’ website.• Craft persuasive sales pitches and marketing materials that showcase the ease and benefits of migrating to Mighty Networks.• Develop and optimize the marketing funnel for migration prospects.• Provide ongoing input to product, engineering, and our migration support teams to shape and evolve our migration experience.• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to migration marketing.What You Bring to the Table• Experience in both marketing and sales.
