Each fellow will be assigned a buddy from our Veteran Employee Resource Group who will be your personal guide and mentor during your time with us. This person has been in your shoes and will be able to help you navigate the company and hiring process from a veteran perspective. Each week the Kite Military Fellowship Cohort will meet to receive to hear from members of our executive team and veteran employee resource group to learn more about the company and receive tips and tricks for applying and interviewing for openings.
You will also receive one on one career coaching from our Veteran Hiring Program Lead who will be advocating for you to recruiters and hiring managers during your fellowship.
