(Junior) Global Product Manager (m|f|d) Molecular Analysis

As a (Junior) Global Product Manager (m|f|d), you will support the strategic marketing efforts of our existing MACSmolecular portfolio and drive the launch of innovative new molecular analysis technologies, including genomics solutions. 

• You will be responsible for strengthening and expanding our brand presence in molecular applications and genomics across diverse fields. You will provide strategic input for developing instruments and assays focused on nucleic acid analysis and launching new products. 
• Key responsibilities include conducting ongoing market research, identifying emerging trends, and analyzing data to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. 
• You will collaborate closely with key opinion leaders, customers, and internal teams to explore new application areas and ensure our products meet current and future market needs. 
• You will strengthen brand positioning through market research, trend analysis, and customer engagement. You will support global marketing initiatives for current and emerging molecular analysis and genomics technologies. 
• By working cross-functionally with R&D, Production, and Sales teams, you will drive portfolio growth and support the development of cutting-edge instruments and assays for nucleic acid analysis. 

• You have a scientific degree in Oncology, Immuno-Oncology, or Molecular Biology, and ideally have hands-on laboratory experience in cancer genetics applications. 
• You have a deep knowledge of the technological advancements and requirements in the genomics field. Experience working in a life sciences or diagnostics company, particularly with a focus on genomics, is highly desirable.
• You are a proactive self-starter, with strong, clear communication skills that define your work.  
• You are fluent in English and thrive in a collaborative environment, translating ideas into actionable results.  
• A willingness to travel globally (at least 20% travel, including fieldwork and conference attendance) completes your profile.
