Reporting to the Manager of Inside Channel Sales, you'll work closely with the Channel Sales team and collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to help shape and execute partner strategies in designated regions.This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to grow, contribute, and learn in a dynamic, supportive environment.What You'll Do• The successful candidate must be able to efficiently communicate in both English AND Spanish, including verbally and in writing.• Enablement & Demand Generation: Support the growth of partners within your region through targeted enablement, demand generation, and marketing initiatives.• Go-To-Market Planning: Assist in building and executing Go-To-Market business plans with key partners to drive success.• Partner Recruitment: Identify and recruit new partners in your assigned region, helping to expand our partner network.• Deal Registration: Manage deal registration processes to ensure timely and successful conversions within your territory.• Internal Alignment: Collaborate with Quota-Bearing Reps and Sales Leadership to align efforts toward shared goals.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver a top-tier experience for our partners.What You'll Bring• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.• Foundational experience in technology sales, with some exposure to channel sales being a plus.• Sales Process Knowledge: Basic understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting.• Industry Awareness: Familiarity with the competitive landscape in the technology sector.• Partner Engagement: Ability to support the recruitment and development of partners and contribute to Go-To-Market plans.• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.• Collaboration: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships across various teams and levels.What We BringAt Mimecast, we offer more than just a job; we provide a pathway to a rewarding and fulfilling career.
