We are the market leader in the US and Canada, with global expansion plans and a growing international team of more than 400 individuals in the US, Canada, Philippines, and Ukraine.ABOUT YOU:As the SEM Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our clients' SEO and PPC strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of SEO and PPC best practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team both in the US and offshore. You will work closely with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to ensure our clients receive a seamless experience across marketing channels. This role is client-facing and demands an individual who can articulate SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.WHAT YOU'LL DO:• SEO Strategy Management: Develop and manage on-page SEO strategies for client websites using tools like Ahrefs.• PPC Campaign Management: Execute and optimize multiple Google Ad campaigns and accounts simultaneously.• Performance Tracking: Set up and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure and report on the performance of Google Ad campaigns.• Local Search Optimization: Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.• Client Interaction: Serve as a client-facing expert, discussing SEO and PPC strategies in a clear and understandable way.• Team Management: Oversee a team of US and offshore staff with diverse skill sets, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.• Collaboration: Work closely with the Agency Manager and other digital marketing specialists to deliver accurate and timely reports.• GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of these tools to enhance client campaigns and strategies.• Client Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports to showcase results and provide recommendations to clients.• In-Bound Marketing: Experience with behavioral/in-bound marketing is a plus, including setting up automations.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in SEO and PPC management, preferably within a marketing agency.• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs.• Advanced understanding of local search and Google Business Profile claiming and optimization.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO and PPC strategies.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.• Experience managing a team of diverse skill sets both in the US and offshore.TRAVEL:• None, this is remote position.BENEFITS:• Competitive salary• Great benefits package (Retirement savings plan, health, vision, dental, PTO, Paid Holidays…)• Outstanding collaborative work environmentReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box?
