About the Role

As a Mass Recruitment Support Specialist, you will be helping candidates to move through the recruitment process more quickly, calling candidates in case of any problems, as well as promptly forwarding information to the mass recruitment department.

Responsibilities

• Mail support for candidates who face problems in passing test assignments (doesn't open, no answers recorded, etc.).
• Calls to applicants to solve their technical problems or remind them if necessary.
• Prompt transfer of information to colleagues in the mass recruitment department.

Stack: Zendesk, Directus, Workable.

• You have experience in support or recruitment or call center or personnel administration.
• You are ready for a lot of communication by mail and calls.
• Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English: C1 / C2 / Native.
• Proficiency in Russian: C1 / C2 / Native.
• You have a macOS on your laptop.
