Temp to Hire- Fraud Specialist - Remote

Mint Mobile is looking for a talented Temp to Hire Fraud Specialist to join their Finance Team, focusing on reviewing fraudulent activities in customer accounts and eCommerce.

Skills

Experience in Risk and Fraud Prevention
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities

Review suspected fraud cases adhering to service-level agreements
Maintain fraud review volume expectations with minimal errors
Evaluate and develop tools with fraud leadership
Partner with team members to enhance internal processes
Record and update reports for all alerts received

Education

High School Diploma
Bachelors Degree (preferred)
