The Role:
Minted is looking for a high-volume Seasonal Recruiter to join our seasonal People Team to make an immediate impact for our holiday hiring surge focused on the happiness and effectiveness of our fellow teammates, including everything from hiring the right people to maintaining a great work environment.
The Seasonal Recruiter will be responsible for leading the interviewing and hiring for our seasonal customer operations and design roles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter to gain valuable experience in a highly collaborative and creative organization while having a direct impact on Minted's exciting holiday business.

Geo Base Full Salary Range 0 - Includes SF Bay Area $41.15/hr - $55.00/hr
Geo Base Full Salary Range 1 - All non-SF CA, DC, NY - $37.86/hr - $47.33/hr
Geo Base Full Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA - $34.98/hr - $43.73/hr
Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI, WV, WY - $32.10/hr - $40.13/hr
