  • Who we’re looking for

  • Minted is seeking an Intern to join our world-class Brand Communications team. The Intern is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to Minted’s media relations, advertising and partnership activities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is interested in building a career in marketing or communications. The successful candidate will have exceptional organization and data management skills, strong written and verbal communication, enthusiasm for detail, impeccable follow-through, and basic knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics. 

  • Who you’ll work with

  • This position reports to the Associate Manager, Brand Communications and works closely with the Brand Communications team, as well as cross-functionally with the Affiliate, Growth Marketing, Social and Brand Marketing Teams. 

  • What you’ll work on

  • Track press coverage including magazine, newspaper, TV, online, social media, and paid media placements. Input all data metrics, including impressions, share of voice, etc., into press coverage reports that are shared with the companyMaintain media database with current contact information for all press and influencer contactsResearch new media and agency contacts Personalize, order and track product samplesExecute creative mail deliveries for press and VIPsSubmit team invoices to accounting and help maintain budgetAssist with communications and advertising campaignsAssist with event planning and executionProvide administrative support across the team

  • What you bring to Minted:

  • Bachelor’s degree - Business or Marketing major preferred, but not requiredObsessive attention to and enthusiasm for detailExtremely efficient and organized self-starter with strong time management skills Strong interpersonal skillsVery strong written and verbal communication skills Excited to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment Passion for art, design, weddings and celebrations, and creative pursuits; finger on the pulse of emerging lifestyle and design trendsExtremely proficient in Excel; Experience with emerging social media platforms and relevant tools including AspireIq, Cision and Dash Hudson a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
