About the team

Mintlify is seeking a passionate Developer Success Engineer to elevate our developer experience. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of empowering developers to leverage our tools effectively, while also contributing to the evolution of our product.

What you need to succeed

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with MDX, Git, and GitHub
Experience in creating developer documentation and tutorials
Background in support engineering with full-stack experience
Ability to debug complex software issues
Passion for developer experience and technical education
Experience with developer communities and open-source ecosystems

What you will do

Respond to and resolve customer support requests
Analyze customer needs and identify trends including feature requests and bug reports
Maintain Mintlify's documentation to address common user requests and showcase new features
Create examples and demos to showcase product capabilities
Bridge communication between technical and non-technical audiences
