Back End Engineer

Skills

Experience building and maintaining complex back end applications
Familiarity with high-quality code principles
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in agile or lean planning
Experience with Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL preferred

Responsibilities

Independently design, develop, and maintain server-side applications
Work closely with product managers and customers to define minware’s capabilities
Design and architect new system components
Manage tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvements
