Senior Business Development Manager for Asian Market

Mira Search, a leading HR agency from Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client, a high-load crypto currency exchange platform with non-consodial customer wallets. We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for Asian market to lead global expansion, cultivate strategic partnerships, and oversee core revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Implement strategies to increase market share and attract new users (B2C).
Operations Management: Oversee customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
Onboarding: Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new users on the platform.
Relationship Building: Establish connections with stakeholders, regulators, the trading community, and an established network of traders.
Market Analysis: Monitor trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

- Proven business development experience in cryptocurrency or fintech.

- Experience in senior roles at centralized cryptocurrency exchanges with knowledge of high-volume trading.

- Experience onboarding users to cryptocurrency trading platforms.

- Established network in the trading community and experience managing large trading volumes.

- Successful track record in market expansion and user acquisition.

- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in Asia.

- Excellent project management and analytical skills.

- Effective communicator and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, capable of adapting strategies to local conditions.

- Experience in senior roles at decentralized cryptocurrency products and knowledge of high-volume trading.

- Experience onboarding users to cryptocurrency trading platforms.
