SMM Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic SMM (Social Media Marketing) Manager to join our team and lead our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and digital marketing, with a proven track record in developing content ideas, live content initiatives, and effective social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.


Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

      • Oversee day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
      • Develop engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels to showcase real estate projects, design elements, and company culture.

Content Creation and Live Content Ideas:

      • Generate creative ideas for live content, such as virtual property tours, Q&A sessions, and behind-the-scenes project updates.
      • Collaborate with project teams to highlight key milestones, exclusive property features, and lifestyle elements.
      • Work closely with videographers and content creators to produce high-quality videos for social media.

Strategy Development and Execution:

      • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, attract potential clients, and engage followers.
      • Plan and implement campaigns to support launches, promotions, and company announcements, aligning with brand goals.
      • Optimize content based on performance data and platform algorithms, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

      • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure content performance, audience growth, and engagement rates.
      • Generate regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimizing content strategy.
      • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the brand’s competitive edge.
  • Proven experience as an SMM Manager, preferably in the real estate industry or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, plan, and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and results.
  • Experience in generating ideas for live content and coordinating with content creators.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and detail.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
