We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the integrations team of our client, a leading cloud contact center platform. In this role, you’ll use your JavaScript expertise to design and optimize integrations with Epic EHR applications, delivering intuitive and efficient solutions that empower healthcare providers to offer exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain Epic EHR applications using JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Create seamless, effective user interfaces tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to gather insights and deliver customized solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in frontend development to ensure smooth application performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of development workflows, code changes, and configurations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end-users as required.

• 5+ years of JavaScript experience, especially with frameworks like React.
• Understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of Java development, with a strong focus on building server-side solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with CRM integrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience with contact center solutions.
• Experience working with Epic EHR systems, including APIs, development tools, and best practices.
