Head of Marketing Operations

About the Team

In Revenue Operations, we have a simple (but not easy) mission to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth for Miro. You will join a highly motivated, energetic Revenue Operations Team that takes pride in enabling an organization that grows customer relationships, runs strategic sales cycles, and delivers the Miro value proposition to a diverse base of global accounts across all segments. You will be in a unique position to have a substantial impact on scaling a world class PLG + sales-led growth company.

About the Role

Miro is looking for an innovative leader to build and scale a world class marketing operations function. This role will report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations and will be responsible for growing company revenue. They will improve marketing contributions through diversification of lead programs, ABM, automation, and data insights. They will leverage data and experimentation to diversify lead sources, optimize campaign operations, streamline workflows, and help scale our high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will understand and have implemented proven strategies to drive lead volume within PLG organizations, understand ‘at scale’ vs. ABM tactics, and have built Marketing Operations teams (MOPs) to deliver outstanding results, all in strong partnerships with marketing, sales, operations, product, and finance.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with our Marketing, Product, and SDR leadership teams to grow lead volume and pipeline through optimization of marketing funnel and account-based strategies
  • Optimize the lead generation and management processes - including advanced lead scoring models, attribution models, routing optimization, and drive SDR lead management excellence 
  • Streamline and scale end-to-end campaign operations processes and build a high efficiency campaign ‘service desk’ to give marketers time back 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on annual / quarterly planning, company, and team goals and methodology for tracking progress against targets.
  • Create process and cadence to measure marketing performance and provide useful insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts/strategies.
  • Set repeatable process for ensuring database quality and mailability.
  • Partner with the Product team on how to leverage our PLG machine to usage inform better marketing programs and lead types
  • Standardize marketing cadences, rhythms, and reporting / insights to optimize performance
  • Define success metrics and monitor the success of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic activities
  • Guide marketing technology strategy and build strong governance tracking of system efficiency to ensure “no leads get left behind”
  • Identify and deploy innovative use of technology / AI to create efficiency and accelerate lead volume

What you’ll need

  • 10+ years of experience in leading marketing and/or revenue operations, with experience in PLG SaaS companies 
  • Proven track record of diversifying and scaling lead types to drive growth 
  • Advanced experience in Marketo and SFDC, with a strong opinion on the remainder of the martech stack  
  • Advanced understanding of marketing data, structures, measurement, digital, campaign/audience insights, analytics advertising tools, adtech, and martech
  • Passion for building business processes as the foundation of everything you do with a drive for documentation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building a strong reporting and analytics function within GTM.
  • Excellent time management skills; knowing when to say yes and when to say no.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Track record of building, managing, and scaling great teams
