Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including product demonstrations and customer onboarding.

- Identify customer needs and support market development activities.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Assist with the analysis of NGS data and provide VoC feedback.
Education
- Minimum of a BSc with 5+ years experience or MS with 3+ years, PhD preferred
