Financial Operations Analyst

The Financial Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing the financial performance and operational efficiency of Mission Home Healthcare. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and recommending strategies to improve our financial health.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and assess the financial health of the company.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, including variances from budgets, and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to streamline operations and optimize costs.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance against it.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and improve overall financial operations.
