Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health at Mission Healthcare


This position qualifies for a $2,000.00 hiring bonus!


This is a full-time position located in San Marcos, CA


Coverage area is North Coastal area.


The physical therapist contracted or employed through the Organization is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions outlined in the Personnel Services Agreement.

PT Mission Home Health requirements:

- Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate or master’s program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization.

- Current and valid California PT licensure.

- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

- Two years of experience as a PT.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Associate degree with one year of home health care experience.

- Community/home health experience is preferred.


Pay Transparency:

Range: $50.00 to $62.00 an hour.
