Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Home Health

Our Registered Nurse Case Manager plan, organize and direct home care services while experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience.  


Currently, we are looking for Registered Nurses to grow our team!


Compensation ranges between $70 - $75 DOE.


Requirements
  • Hold Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working under your RN license
  • Possess and maintain a current CPR certification
  • A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
