Are you a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to make an impact? Join Mission Healthcare's Talent team and lead the charge in building an exceptional workforce! Mission’s Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating talent acquisition plans to extending offers and onboarding for positions at all levels and areas of business. This highly visible, high touch position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, community partners as well as senior management. They are responsible for building a trusting and informative relationship with both the hiring manager and potential candidate. Compensation starting at $70,000/ Year! Responsibilities• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs• Plan interview and screening procedures including, screen calls, assessments, and in-person interviews• Source potential candidates through online channels• Assess candidate information, including resumes, contact info, using our ATS• Create relationships with past applicants and potential candidates• Lead employer brand initiatives• Organize and attend hiring eventsRequirements• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (ex. Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)• Hands-on experience with full employee life cycle• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Understanding of the differences between various roles within the company (clinical and non-clinical)At Mission Healthcare, we believe in fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and every employee feels respected, accepted, and empowered.
