Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Establish and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and performance measures.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout project execution.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
