Skills

7+ years of UX/UI design experience for consumer web and mobile
Proficiency in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools
Experience in designing for automation using AI and machine learning technology
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
User research and testing experience
Commitment to user-centered design

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and data-driven experiences that anticipate and delight customers
Innovate by enhancing creation and storytelling experiences with new technologies like GenAI
Lead design processes from discovery to wireframes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer experiences
Evangelize design excellence and continuous improvement within the team

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
